Solution

A platform can be built to streamline the scheduling process for external providers. The platform can provide options for available time slots for the internal expertise to participate in the meeting. Once the external provider receives the invitation, they can select a suitable time slot and confirm the meeting. This can save time and effort for both parties and simplify the coordination process.
